How the offer works

If your Diamond Plus coated lenses become scratched, damaged, or worn during normal use, you can trade in your original lenses and receive 70% off replacement lenses.

This offer is available for up to two years from the date of purchase and can be used for up to three replacement lens orders during that two-year period.

What is included

• Like-for-like replacement lenses
• The same prescription
• The same lens design and lens options
• Cutting and fitting the lenses into the original frame
• Up to three replacement lens orders within two years

What is not included

• A new frame
• Prescription changes
• Different lens types, designs, materials, tints, or coatings
• Polarised, Transitions, thinner lenses, or other upgrades unless quoted separately
• Lenses for a different frame
• Repairs to, or replacement of, a damaged frame

Important conditions

This offer applies to the original frame and original prescription only. To use the offer, the original Diamond Plus coated lenses must be returned to Waipapa Eyecare.

If your prescription has changed, your frame is damaged, or you would like different lens options, we can provide a separate quote.
